Inventory Security Agreement definition

Inventory Security Agreement has the meaning set forth in (S) 2.5.
Inventory Security Agreement means that certain Inventory Security Agreement, dated as of September 28, 2001, as amended, between you and us, as the same may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.
