Inventory Valuation Date definition

Inventory Valuation Date means (a) the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter of the Borrower with respect to which the Borrower is required to have delivered a Borrowing Base Certificate pursuant to Section 5.08(6) hereof or (b) if the Borrower elects pursuant to Section 2.01(d) or is required pursuant to Section 2.01(e) to deliver a Borrowing Base Certificate with respect to a calendar month subsequent to such most recent fiscal quarter, the last day of such subsequent calendar month.
Inventory Valuation Date means the last day of the most recent calendar quarter with respect to which the Borrower is required to have delivered a Borrowing Base Certificate pursuant to Section 6.1(d) hereof.
Inventory Valuation Date means the last day of the most recent calendar month of the Borrower with respect to which the Borrower is required to have delivered a Secured Borrowing Base Certificate pursuant to Section 5.08(6) and Section 2.01.2(b)(ix).

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.
