Invested Amount definition

Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date and (c) the Collateral Invested Amount as of such date.

Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date and (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date; provided, however, for purposes of Section 4.12(c) and Section 7.01, "Invested Amount" shall mean, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date, (ii) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date and (iii) the CCA Invested Amount, if any, as of such date.

Invested Amount means, with respect to any Series and for any date, an amount equal to the invested amount specified in the related Supplement.

Examples of Invested Amount in a sentence

• On any day occurring on or after the day on which the Invested Amount is reduced to 5% or less of the Initial Invested Amount, the Transferor has the option to repurchase the Series 2024-3 Certificateholders’ Interest in the Trust.

• Class A Investor Charge-Offs shall thereafter be reimbursed and the Class A Invested Amount increased (but not by an amount in excess of the aggregate unreimbursed Class A Investor Charge-Offs) on any Distribution Date by the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available for that purpose pursuant to subsection 4.07(b).

• In general, payments of principal with respect to the Class A Certificates are limited to the Class A Invested Amount, which may be less than the unpaid principal balance of the Class A Certificates.

• References to “negative numbers” above shall be determined without regard to the requirement that the Invested Amount of a Class not be reduced below zero.

• The aggregate interest represented by the Class A Certificates at any time in the Principal Receivables in the Trust shall not exceed an amount equal to the Class A Invested Amount at such time.

More Definitions of Invested Amount

Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Series 20 - Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Series 20 - Noteholders before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.

Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any Business Day, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such Business Day, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such Business Day, (c) the Class C Invested Amount as of such Business Day and (d) the Class D Invested Amount as of such Business Day.

Invested Amount means (i) as to the Investment Limited Partner, an amount equal to the Capital Contribution of the Investment Limited Partner divided by 73% and (ii) as to any other Partner, an amount equal to its Capital Contribution.

Invested Amount has, with respect to any Collateral Certificate, the meaning specified in the applicable Series Supplement for such Collateral Certificate.

Invested Amount. For any Series or Class of Notes, the related Series Invested Amount or Class Invested Amount, as applicable.

Invested Amount of any Receivable Interest means, at any time, (A) the Purchase Price of such Receivable Interest paid by the Purchasers, minus (B) the sum of the aggregate amount of Collections and other payments received by the applicable Purchaser Agent which in each case are applied to reduce such Invested Amount in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; provided that such Invested Amount shall be restored (in accordance with Section 2.5) in the amount of any Collections or other payments so received and applied if at any time the distribution of such Collections or payments are rescinded, returned or refunded for any reason.
