Investment Affiliate definition

Investment Affiliate means any Person in which the Consolidated Group, directly or indirectly, has made an Investment and whose financial results are not consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of the Consolidated Group.

Investment Affiliate means any Person in which the Consolidated Operating Partnership, directly or indirectly, has an ownership interest, whose financial results are not consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of the Consolidated Operating Partnership on the consolidated financial statements of the Consolidated Operating Partnership.

Investment Affiliate means any Person in which the General Partner or the Borrower, directly or indirectly, has an ownership interest, whose financial results are not consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of the General Partner or the Borrower on the consolidated financial statements of the General Partner or the Borrower.

More Definitions of Investment Affiliate

Investment Affiliate means any Person in which the Consolidated Group, directly or indirectly, has a ten percent (10%) or greater ownership interest, whose financial results are not consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of the Consolidated Group.

Investment Affiliate means any Person in whom EOPT or Borrower holds an equity interest, directly or indirectly, whose financial results are not consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of EOPT or Borrower on the consolidated financial statements of EOPT and Borrower.

Investment Affiliate means any Person in which the Consolidated Group, directly or indirectly, holds an ownership interest whose financial results are not consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of the Consolidated Group.

Investment Affiliate means any unconsolidated subsidiary or Joint Venture of the Company, the Borrower and their consolidated subsidiaries.
