Investment Commitment definition

Investment Commitment means the optional or mandatory commitment of a Person to purchase a Warehouse Loan, a Pipeline Loan or an interest in a Warehouse Loan or a Pipeline Loan owned or to be acquired by the Selling Companies.

Investment Commitment means a commitment, agreement or undertaking by the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company to acquire a Facility or to make or acquire a Mortgage.

Investment Commitment means an offer by an Investor in relation to a Facility Request to fund such Facility Request in such amount as the Investor may indicate in its offer;
