Investment Election definition

Investment Election means an election made by the Executive Participant selecting the investment credit factor(s) that will be applicable to the Executive Participant’s Supplemental Savings Account. The Committee shall determine the manner in which Investment Elections may be made and the frequency with which such elections may be prospectively changed.
Investment Election means the participant’s election to have deferred amounts credited with hypothetical earnings credits (or losses) that track the investment performance of the Investment Options in accordance with Article III.
Investment Election means the form, filed with the Administrative Committee or its delegate, or such other procedure as may be specified by the Administrative Committee at any time, and from time to time, through which a Participant may designate the manner in which his Accounts (other than his Company Stock Account) shall be allocated among the Investment Funds.

More Definitions of Investment Election

Investment Election means the election by which a Participant directs the investment of his or her Account in accordance with Section 4.2.
