Investment Election Form definition

Investment Election Form means the form attached as Exhibit "C."

Investment Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to designate the percentage of such Award to be treated as notionally invested in Restricted Units or Approved Funds, pursuant to Section 2.03.

Investment Election Form means the form, which may be in electronic format, established from time to time by the PRC that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Company to make an election under the Plan.

Examples of Investment Election Form in a sentence

• You may elect the percentage of your Award to be denominated in Holding Units and Money Market Shares by timely completing and submitting a year 2002 offering Investment Election Form.

• Each Participant shall submit, in accordance with deadlines and procedures established from time to time by the Committee, an Investment Election Form with respect to each Award.

• In making any election described in Section 3.4(b) above, the Participant shall specify on the Investment Election Form, in increments of 1%, the percentage of his or her Account Balance or Measurement Fund, as applicable, to be allocated/reallocated.

• The Participant may (but is not required to) elect, by submitting an Investment Election Form to the Company that is accepted by the Company, to add or delete one or more Measurement Fund(s) to be used to determine the amounts to be credited or debited to his or her Account Balance, or to change the portion of his or her Account Balance allocated to each previously or newly elected Measurement Fund.

• Each Participant shall specify, on each Notional Investment Election Form, the portions of his or her Account to be allocated to one or more Notional Investments, as if the Participant was making an actual investment in that Notional Investment with that portion of his or her Account Balance.

More Definitions of Investment Election Form

Investment Election Form means the form or forms that may be approved by the Administrator from time to time for use by a Participant to allocate deferred compensation, and to the extent allocated to the Participant's Investment Account, Director's Fees, among the investment funds selected by the Company pursuant to Section 3.02(b)(1)(ii) and/or 3.02(b)(1)(iii), as applicable.

Investment Election Form means the form filed with the Administrator pursuant to Article V. Investment Election Forms may take such form as the Administrator from time to time selects.

Investment Election Form means shall mean the form attached hereto as Exhibit "C".

Investment Election Form means a form completed, signed and submitted by a Participant with respect to a Post-2000 Award, pursuant to Section 3(b), designating the percentage of such Award to be treated as invested or notionally invested in Restricted Units or Approved Funds.

Investment Election Form means the election form on which a Participant designates one or more Earnings Crediting Options into which a Participant’s Accounts will be deemed invested and the percentages of such Accounts to be allocated to such Earnings Crediting Options.

Investment Election Form means the form prescribed by the Administrator, filed by a Participant with the Administrator, to designate the investment vehicles for which the amounts credited to the Participant’s Plan Account shall be deemed to be invested under Section 3.2 of the Plan.

Investment Election Form means a form completed, signed and submitted by a Participant, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), designating the percentage of such Award to be treated as invested or notionally invested in Restricted Units or Approved Funds.
