Investment Election Form definition

Investment Election Form means the form attached as Exhibit "C."
Investment Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to designate the percentage of such Award to be treated as notionally invested in Restricted Units or Approved Funds, pursuant to Section 2.03.
Investment Election Form means the form, which may be in electronic format, established from time to time by the PRC that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Company to make an election under the Plan.

  • You may elect the percentage of your Award to be denominated in Holding Units and Money Market Shares by timely completing and submitting a year 2002 offering Investment Election Form.

  • Each Participant shall submit, in accordance with deadlines and procedures established from time to time by the Committee, an Investment Election Form with respect to each Award.

  • In making any election described in Section 3.4(b) above, the Participant shall specify on the Investment Election Form, in increments of 1%, the percentage of his or her Account Balance or Measurement Fund, as applicable, to be allocated/reallocated.

More Definitions of Investment Election Form

Investment Election Form means the form or forms that may be approved by the Administrator from time to time for use by a Participant to allocate deferred compensation, and to the extent allocated to the Participant's Investment Account, Director's Fees, among the investment funds selected by the Company pursuant to Section 3.02(b)(1)(ii) and/or 3.02(b)(1)(iii), as applicable.
Investment Election Form means the form filed with the Administrator pursuant to Article V. Investment Election Forms may take such form as the Administrator from time to time selects.
