Investment Grade Account definition

Investment Grade Account means an Account owing by an Investment Grade Account Debtor.

Investment Grade Account means any of each Borrower’s Accounts with an Account Debtor whose corporate credit rating or senior debt rating (secured or unsecured), or any of them, by Xxxxx’x and S&P is investment grade.

Investment Grade Account has the meaning set forth in the Investment Management Agreement.

• In addition to the Investment Account and the Investment Grade Account, the Company may maintain and operate a claims account and an operating account; provided, however, that the Company shall not cause the aggregate amount in the claims account and the operating account to exceed at any time the amount reasonably needed for the operation of the Company’s business and the payment of claims.

More Definitions of Investment Grade Account

Investment Grade Account any Account that is owing by an Investment Grade Account Debtor.

Investment Grade Account means an Eligible Account owing to a Credit Party by an obligor that is (i) rated as “investment grade” or higher rating from any nationally recognized rating agency, with “investment grade” being (a) BBB- for S&P, (b) BBB(low) for DBRS, and (c) Baa3 for Xxxxx’x, or (ii) otherwise designated in writing as “investment grade” by the Agent. As of the date hereof until such time as the Agent provides written notice to the Borrower, an Eligible Account owing to a Credit Party by Central National-Xxxxxxxxx Inc. is designated as “investment grade”.

Investment Grade Account means an Eligible Account owing by an obligor that is (i) rated an investment grade or higher rating from any nationally recognized rating agency, minimum investment grade rating being (a) BBB- for S&P Global Ratings, (b) BBB(low) for DBRS Limited, and (c) Baa3 for Mxxxx’x Investors Service, or (ii) otherwise designated as “investment grade” by the Lender in writing.

Investment Grade Account means an account owing by an account debtor with a rating equal to or higher than Baa3 (or the equivalent) by Xxxxx’x and/or BBB- (or the equivalent) by S&P, or an equivalent rating by any other nationally recognized statistical rating agency selected by Borrowers. As of the Closing Date, Sumitomo Accounts constitute Investment Grade Accounts hereunder in accordance with this definition. “IRC” means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended and as in effect from time to time.

Investment Grade Account any Eligible Account owing by an Investment Grade Account Debtor. Eligible Non-Investment Grade Account: any Eligible Account owing by a Non-Investment Grade Account Debtor. Eligible Processing Systems: Eligible Fixed Equipment consisting of Processing Systems. Eligible Unbilled Account: any Account owing to Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor which would qualify as an “Eligible Account” except that the invoice with respect thereto has not yet been submitted to the Account Debtor; provided, that, any such Account will cease to be an Eligible Unbilled Account on the earlier to occur of (i) the date on which such Account becomes evidenced by an invoice, statement or other documentary evidence of any kind or (ii) the last day of the month following the month in which the applicable services were rendered. Enforcement Action: any action to enforce any Obligations (other than Secured Bank Product Obligations) or Loan Documents or to exercise any rights or remedies relating to any Collateral, whether by judicial action, self-help, notification of Account Debtors, setoff or recoupment, credit bid, deed in lieu of foreclosure, action in an Insolvency Proceeding or otherwise.

Investment Grade Account means an Eligible Account owing to a Credit Party by an obligor that is (i) rated as “investment grade” or higher rating from any nationally recognized rating agency, with “investment grade” being (a) BBB- for S&P, (b) BBB(low) for DBRS, and (c) Baa3 for Moody’s, or (ii) otherwise designated in writing as “investment grade” by the Agent. As of the date hereof until such time as the Agent provides written notice to the Borrower, an Eligible Account owing to a Credit Party by Central National- Gottesman Inc. is designated as “investment grade”.

Investment Grade Account means an Account owing by an Account Debtor that has (or is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Person that has) a corporate rating (however denominated) of BBB- or better by S&P, or Baa3 or better by Moodx’x.
