Investment Grade Rating Event definition

Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the Notes have an Investment Grade Rating from each Rating Agency, and no Default has occurred and is then continuing under this Indenture.
Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the Securities have an Investment Grade Rating from each of S&P and Moody’s, and no Default has occurred and is then continuing under this Indenture.
Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the notes have an Investment Grade Rating from each Rating Agency, and no Default has occurred and is then continuing under the Indenture.

More Definitions of Investment Grade Rating Event

Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the Notes are assigned an Investment Grade Rating by a Rating Agency and no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing.
Investment Grade Rating Event has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.(b).
Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the 6 1⁄4% Senior Notes or any Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness in respect thereof in the form of unsecured Indebtedness evidenced by bonds, debentures, notes or similar instruments are assigned an Investment Grade Rating.

Investment Grade Rating Event means the senior notes issued by Operating Partnership and guaranteed by the Partnership cease to have a rating of at least “BBB-” or higher by S&P Global, Inc., “BBB-” or higher by Fitch Ratings, Inc., or Baa3 or higher by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Investors Services, Inc.
Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the notes issued under the Indenture are assigned an Investment Grade Rating.
