Investment Management Fee definition

Investment Management Fee means the fee defined in the section entitled

  • For services provided under subparagraph (b) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the Advisor agrees to pay the Sub-Advisor a monthly Investment Management Fee.

More Definitions of Investment Management Fee

Investment Management Fee means the fees payable to the Investment Manager calculated as described under "Fees and Expenses".
