Investment Price definition

Investment Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01 hereof.

Investment Price means an amount per Share equal to the price per Share paid for such Share at the time of initial purchase thereof (subject to appropriate adjustments for stock splits, recapitalizations and the like).

Investment Price means, for any Investment, the sum of the Cash Purchase Price therefor (if any) plus the Deferred Purchase Price therefor.

• All parties agree and confirm that when Party A exercises the Option, the price that allowed by the applicable law at the time is higher than the Original Investment Price, Party A shall purchase the equity interests at the lowest price in accordance with the applicable law; if the lowest price is higher than the Original Investment Price, Party B shall reimburse the exceeding amount to Party A pursuant to Article 4 of this Agreement.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Benchmark Amount of each Class B Unit granted on the Effective Date shall be the Initial Base Investment Price.

• The Investor has sufficient cash, available lines of credit or other sources of immediately available funds to enable it to make payment of the Investment Price and any other amounts to be paid by it hereunder to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement at the Closing.

Investment Price means the price per Ordinary Share at which Incoming Investors

Investment Price means the price per share of AP Common Stock that such Management Investor paid for such shares.
