Investment Property Liability definition

Investment Property Liability means any liability (whether known, unknown, actual, contingent or otherwise) incurred in connection with the Investment Property pursuant to this Agreement that is not specified in Section 6.1 hereof as being paid by the Program Administrator or specified in this Agreement as being paid directly by a Participant.
Investment Property Liability means any liability (whether known, unknown, actual, contingent, or otherwise) incurred in connection with the Investment Property pursuant to this Interlocal Agreement that is not specified in Section 7.1 hereof as being paid by the Administrator or specified in this Interlocal Agreement as being paid directly by a Participant.
