Investment Value definition

Investment Value. ’ means the value of an insurance policy calculated as the accumulated basic premium and investment return stated in or ascertainable from the insurance policy, less deductions specifically provided for in the insurance policy;
Investment Value means, as of any date of calculation: (1) with respect to any Investment Securities held in the Bond Reserve Fund, the Amortized Value of such Investment Securities, plus accrued interest; or (2) with respect to any Investment Securities held in any other Fund, the Liquidation Value of such Investment Securities, plus accrued interest.

  • During the term of this Agreement, the Executive agrees to hold shares of the Company’s common stock having an aggregate Investment Value (as hereafter defined) greater than five hundred percent (500%) of the compensation paid to the Executive under paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 of this Agreement during such calendar year.

More Definitions of Investment Value

Investment Value has the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
