Investment Vehicle definition

Investment Vehicle means a corporation, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, association, or other entity, either domestic or foreign, managed by an external manager in which a board is the majority investor and that is organized in order to invest with, or retain the investment management services of, other external managers.
Investment Vehicle means any investment company or pooled investment fund, including, but not limited to, mutual fund families, exchange traded funds, fund of funds and hedge funds, in which Defendants, or any of them, have, has or may have a direct or indirect interest, or as to which its affiliates may act as an investment adviser, but in which any Defendant alone or together with its, his or her respective affiliates is not a majority owner or does not hold a majority beneficial interest.
Investment Vehicle means an entity registered and regulated under relevant regulations framed by SEBI or any other authority designated for the purpose and shall include Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) governed by the SEBI (REITs) Regulations, 2014, Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvIts) governed by the SEBI (InvIts) Regulations, 2014 and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) governed by the SEBI (AIFs) Regulations, 2012.

  • Any director, officer or employee of SEI whose principal function or duties relate to the provision of fund accounting or fund administration services by SEI to any Investment Vehicle, and who is not an Access Person.

Investment Vehicle means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer which is organized solely to acquire, make or hold one or more investments in an Operating Company or Operating Companies, either directly or indirectly through one or more other Investment Vehicles.
