Investor Affiliates definition

Investor Affiliates means each Affiliate of the Investors that is neither a “portfolio company” (which means a company actively engaged in providing goods or services to unaffiliated customers), whether or not controlled, nor a company controlled by a “portfolio company”.

Investor Affiliates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1 hereof.

Investor Affiliates means any person (i) who is an “affiliated person” of an Investor, as that term is defined in the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, (ii) who is a current or former partner, member or stockholder of an Investor, or (iii) who is managed by, or has the same management company or investment advisor or similar company, as an Investor.

More Definitions of Investor Affiliates

Investor Affiliates means any entities owned or controlled (directly or indirectly) by the Investors or any of its Affiliates.

Investor Affiliates means, collectively and individually, the Affiliates and Associates of each Investor.

Investor Affiliates with respect to any Investor means any Person acting on behalf of or pursuant to an understanding with such Investor.
