More Definitions of Investor Information

Investor Information means solely the statements concerning the Investor contained under the heading “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus Supplement.

Investor Information means all of the information each of the Purchasers provide on the accredited investor certification and investor profile included after the Signature Page to this Agreement.

Investor Information means all non-public personally identifiable information as defined by ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 1999 (Public Law 106-102, 113 stat. 1138) and its implementing regulations (e.g., Regulation S-P and Federal Reserve Board Regulation P, and listings, descriptions or other groupings of such information, however collected or received, including without limitation, through “cookies,” Web bugs, or non-electronic means identifiable to the Fund’s investors or prospective investors, as well as members of their households. Investor Information includes, without limitation: name, address, e-mail address, TIN or social security number, passwords, account numbers, personal financial information, personal preferences, demographic data, marketing data, data about securities transactions, credit data, or any other identification data. To the extent necessary to perform its obligations hereunder, BNYM or its affiliates may disclose Investor Information to the Fund or its agents so long as such information is treated as Confidential Information.

Investor Information is defined in Section 4.5(b).

Investor Information has the meaning set forth in Section 7.09(b).

Investor Information means information about the Investors reasonably sufficient to permit Seanergy to prepare and file with the SEC a Proxy Statement or such other statement or report as may be required by the federal securities laws relating to a shareholders’ meeting to be held by Seanergy to obtain the Shareholder Approval and any other filings required to be made by Seanergy under the Exchange Act in connection therewith.
