Investor Manager definition

Investor Manager shall refer to the individual elected by Investor Members in accordance with Section 5.13 who shall serve as a Manager of the Company.
Investor Manager means the two individuals, one elected by Investor Members in accordance with Section 5.13(a) and a second to be designated by FHS in accordance with Section 5.13(b), who shall serve as Managers of the Company;
Investor Manager means certain funds and accounts for which Pacific Investment Management Company LLC serves as investment manager, adviser or sub-adviser, as applicable.

More Definitions of Investor Manager

Investor Manager means the two (2) Investor Managers elected and designated as set forth in Section 5.13. Except as provided in Section 3.1(b) with respect to the
