Investor Notice definition

Investor Notice means written notice from any Investor notifying the Company and the selling Key Holder(s) that such Investor intends to exercise its Secondary Refusal Right as to a portion of the Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Key Holder Transfer.
Investor Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Examples of Investor Notice in a sentence

  • To exercise such option, an Exercising Investor must deliver an Undersubscription Notice to the selling Key Holder and the Company within ten (10) days after the expiration of the Investor Notice Period.

  • To exercise its Secondary Refusal Right, an Investor must deliver an Investor Notice to the selling Key Holder and the Company within ten (10) days after the Company’s deadline forits delivery of the Secondary Notice as provided in the preceding sentence.


More Definitions of Investor Notice

Investor Notice means a written notice to the Company in the form set forth herein as Exhibit E attached hereto.
