Investor Parties definition

Investor Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Investor Parties means each Investor and each Permitted Transferee of each Investor to whom Series A Preferred Shares or Common Shares are transferred that become a party to the Investment Agreement pursuant to Section 8.03 thereof.
Investor Parties shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in Section 6(a).

Investor Parties means the Investor and each Permitted Transferee of the Investor to whom shares of Series A Preferred Stock or Common Stock are transferred pursuant to Section 5.08(b)(i) of the Investment Agreement.
