Investor Percentage definition

Investor Percentage means for any Monthly Period, (a) with respect to Finance Charge Receivables and Default Amounts at any time and Principal Receivables during the Revolving Period, the Floating Investor Percentage and (b) with respect to Principal Receivables during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Rapid Amortization Period, the Fixed Investor Percentage.

Investor Percentage means, for a Collection Period (a) for Interest Collections and Defaulted Amounts at any time and Principal Collections during the Revolving Period, the Floating Investor Percentage and (b) for Principal Collections during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Fixed Investor Percentage.

Investor Percentage shall have, with respect to Principal Receivables, Finance Charge Receivables and Receivables in Defaulted Accounts, and any Series of Certificates, the meaning stated in the related Supplement.

Examples of Investor Percentage in a sentence

• As described in the Agreement, Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to any Monthly Period will be allocated on the related Determination Date on the basis of the aggregate Investor Percentage of all Series and the Transferor Percentage with respect to the Principal Receivables.

• Such amount of Interchange shall be equal to the product of (i) the aggregate amount of Interchange with respect to such Monthly Period and (ii) the Investor Percentage with respect to Finance Charge Receivables for such Monthly Period.
