Investor Rights Agreement definition

Investor Rights Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Investor Rights Agreement means the Investor Rights Agreement, dated as of the date of this Agreement, between the Company and each of the Purchasers, in the form of Exhibit A hereto.
