Investor Shareholder definition

Investor Shareholder means each of GS, Highstar, Carlyle and Riverstone.

Investor Shareholder means any holder of Effective Shares other than a Management Shareholder.

• In connection with the provisions of this Section 3, the Sponsor Investor Shareholder shall have an unlimited number of Demand Notices which it is permitted to deliver (or cause to be delivered) to the Corporation hereunder.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be responsible for any underwriting discounts or commissions or for fees and expenses of any Investor Shareholder or its Affiliates in their capacity as an underwriter of the IPO pursuant to this Section 7.12(c).
