Invitation to tender conditions” denotes the terms and conditions for the invitation to tender for the procurement and supply of fuel gas quantities issued by GASCADE Gastransport GmbH in the version dated 8 February 2021.

  • Invitation to Bid (ITB) means a Solicitation Document for the solicitation of competitive, Written, signed and sealed Bids in which Specifications, price, and delivery (or project completion) are the predominant award criteria.

  • Invitation to Negotiate means a written solicitation for competitive sealed replies to select one or more vendors with which to commence negotiations for the procurement of commodities or services.

  • Invitation to Tender or "ITT" means the Invitation to Tender issued by the Authority on 14/11/2012;

  • Competitive solicitation means a formal, advertised procurement process, other than an Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or Invitation to Negotiate, approved by the Board to purchase commodities and/or services which affords vendors fair treatment in the competition for award of a District purchase contract.

  • Call means a signal, message or communication which is silent, spoken or visual on each Line that we agree to provide to you under this Agreement.

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
