Invitation to Quotation means the invitation issued by the Government to invite quotation
Invitation to Quotation means the invitation issued by the Government to invite quotation for the Contract on the terms set out in the Quotation Documents.
Invitation to Quotation means a written communication to one or more suppliers inviting them to submit bids for the supply of goods, works or services.

Invitation to Quotation means the invitation issued by the Government
Invitation to Quotation means the invitation issued by the Government to invite quotation for the Contract on the terms set out in the Quotation Documents. “Light Refreshment Business” has the meaning given to the term in Clause 3 of the Conditions of Contract. “Light Refreshment Kiosk” means the premises used to conduct light refreshment business as delineated and shown coloured red in Annexes B, C and coloured green in Annex D respectively. “Monthly Permit Fee” means the Monthly Permit Fee quoted by the successful Service Provider in the First Schedule and accepted by the Government as specified in Clause 6 of the Conditions of Contract. “Permit” means the permission to conduct the Light Refreshment Business. “Permit Area” has the meaning given to term in Clause 3 of the Conditions of Contract. “Permit Holder” means the Service Provider whose quotation is accepted by the Government Representative. “Quotation Closing Date” means the date and time specified in the Quotation Form as the latest date and time before which Service Providers must be deposited with the Government, as the same may be extended by the Government pursuant to any applicable provisions in the Quotation Documents. “Quotation Documents” means the documents as specified in Clause 1 of the Terms of Quotation. “Quotation Validity Period” means the period during which the Quotation is to remain open and as specified in Clause 16 of the Terms of Quotation. “Security Deposit” means the sum of money deposited by the Permit
Invitation to Quotation means the invitation issued by the Government Representative to invite a Quotation for the Contract on the terms set out in the Quotation Documents. “laws and regulations” or laws” include any constitutional provisions, treaties, conventions, ordinances, subsidiary legislation, orders, rules and regulations having the force of law and rules of civil and common law and equity, regardless of the applicable jurisdiction. “LCSD” means the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Government. “Licence Area” means the area as delineated and shown edged RED in Annexes B and C to Eighth Schedule. “Monthly Licence Fee” means the monthly lump sum to be paid by the Contractor to the Government for the right to operate the Car Park at the Licence Area on a monthly basis during the Contract Period in the amount as quoted in the First Schedule. “Museum Visitor Parking Period” means from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. of the same day or a period as notified by the Government Representative. “Museum Visitor” means a member of the public who produces the Hong Kong Heritage Museum Pass or any other forms of admission for and issued by the Venue covering the day on which he is authorized to be admitted to an exhibition and/or activity held in the Venue. “Original Quotation Closing Date

Invitation to Quotation means the invitation issued by the Government to invite quotations to operate the Business on the terms set out in the Quotation Documents. “Intellectual Property Rights” means patents, trade marks, service marks, trade names, design rights, copyright, domain names, database rights, rights in know-how, new inventions, designs or processes and other intellectual property rights whether now known or created in future (of whatever nature and wherever arising) and in each case whether registered or unregistered and including applications for the grant of any such rights. “LCSD” means the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. “Licence Area” means the areas as delineated in Annex CMonthly Licence Fee” means the fixed monthly licence fee quoted by the successful Bidder in Contract Schedule 1. “person” includes any body of persons, corporate or unincorporated; and “legal person” means any person which has the capacity to contract. “Quotation” or “quotation” means an offer to operate the Business as submitted by a Bidder in response to this Invitation to Quotation. “Quotation Closing Date” means 12:00 noon 7 July 2016 (Hong Kong time) as the same may be extended in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the Terms of Quotation. “Quotation Documents” means the documents as specified in Clause 1 of the Terms of Quotation and any addendum issued under Clause 31 of the Terms of Quotation. “Quotation Validity Period” means the period of time as stipulated in Clause 9 of theTerms of Quotation during which the quotation is to remain open.
