Invitation to Quote definition

Invitation to Quote means the invitation to quote for the provision of Goods and Services and comprises all the invitation to quote documents forwarded to the Potential Supplier, inclusive of the Covering Letter, Instructions for Quotations, Conditions of Contract, Requirement Specifications, Evaluation Criteria and any other document and form enclosed.
Invitation to Quote means the invitation to participate in this Quotation and comprises all the Quotation Documents referred to in the Covering Letter.
Invitation to Quote means an invitation for Supplier to bid for the goods and/or services and related works required by the Council.
