Invitation to Quote means an invitation for Supplier to bid for the goods and/or services and related works required by the Council.
Invitation to Quote means the invitation to participate in this Quotation and comprises all the Quotation Documents referred to in the Covering Letter.
Invitation to Quote or “ITQ” means a written invitation by University to quote for certain goods and/or services as specified in said invitation.
