Involuntary Petition definition

Involuntary Petition means the chapter 11 petition filed against CEOC on January 12, 2015, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, currently docketed as Case No. 15-3193 (Bankr. N.D. Ill.).
Involuntary Petition means the involuntary chapter 11 petition filed against CEOC on January 12, 2015, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 15-10047 (KG)) by the Petitioning Creditors and later transferred to the Bankruptcy Court (Case No. 15-03193 (ABG)).
Involuntary Petition means the involuntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code filed against the Debtor by certain unsecured creditors of the Debtor on the Petition Date.

  • In the event of an acceleration of the Company's indebtedness hereunder as a result of the filing of an Involuntary Petition as specified in paragraph (f) of this Article X, such acceleration shall be rescinded, and the Company's rights hereunder reinstated, if, within forty-five (45) days following the filing of such Involuntary Petition, such Involuntary Petition shall have been dismissed, and there shall exist no other Event of Default under this Agreement.
