IP Assignments definition

IP Assignments has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b)(iii).
IP Assignments means (i) the short-form assignment documents executed for the purpose of recording the transfer of Intellectual Property applications and registrations with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and/or the United States Copyright Office and (ii) the IP Xxxx of Sale by and between Leidos and New SAIC, each as executed on the date hereof.

  • Upon Closing, the Company shall file the IP Assignments with the USPTO.

  • IP Assignments will be required to roll on file at the Innovation Institute before any Office of Sponsored Programs will activate federal grants or contracts; completed IP assignments will not nor to children on file at construction time of proposal submission.

  • The term “USPTO Security Interest Forms” shall mean those certain forms to be filed with the USPTO in order to record a security interest in the patents and trademark that are being assigned by HRSI to the Company pursuant to the IP Assignments, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit L.


More Definitions of IP Assignments

IP Assignments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
IP Assignments means (if necessary or applicable), collectively, (i) the Patent Assignment, dated as of the Effective Date, by and between any member of the Pfizer Group, on the one hand, and any member of the Company, on the other hand, (ii) the Trademark Assignment, dated as of the Effective Date, by and between any member of the Pfizer Group, on the one hand, and any member of the Company Group, on the other hand, and (iii) the Copyright Assignment, dated as of the Effective Date, by and between any member of the Pfizer Group, on the one hand, and any member of the Company Group, on the other hand.
IP Assignments has the meaning set forth in Section 8.18.
IP Assignments is defined in Section 2.2(a)(iii).
IP Assignments means (a) the Assignment of Trademarks with respect to the assignment of any Acquired Intellectual Property that constitutes Trademarks in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, (b) the Assignment of Patents with respect to the assignment of any Acquired Intellectual Property that constitutes Patents that are Assets in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-2, and (c) the Assignment of Copyrights with respect to the assignment of any Acquired Intellectual Property that constitutes Copyrights that are Assets in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-3.
IP Assignments means, collectively, the KO IP Assignment and the Monster IP Assignment.
IP Assignments means, collectively, (i) the Assignment of Trademarks, effective as of January 31, 2009, by and between BMS and MJN, (ii) the Assignment of Domain Names, effective as of January 31, 2009, by and between BMS and MJN, and (iii) the Assignment of Patents, effective as of January 31, 2009, by and between BMS and MJN.
