More Definitions of IP License Agreement

IP License Agreement means the IP License Agreement, between VPG, as licensor, and Vishay or a Subsidiary of Vishay, as licensee, for the license of certain Intellectual Property relating to the manufacture of strain gages, substantially in the form of Exhibit B.
