IPO Committee definition

IPO Committee means the IPO committee of the Board;

IPO Committee means the IPO committee of the Board; “NSDL” means National Securities Depository Limited;

IPO Committee has the meaning specified in Section 5.1(r)(v).

More Definitions of IPO Committee

IPO Committee means the committee of the Board formed pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board dated December 15, 2021 (as re-constituted from time to time) in relation to the Offer.
