Irish Guarantor definition

Irish Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company incorporated in Ireland party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company incorporated in Ireland that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.

Irish Guarantor has the meaning set forth in Section 11.14.

Irish Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated or existing under the laws of Ireland.

More Definitions of Irish Guarantor
