Examples of Irish Security Documents in a sentence
Section 1 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 shall not apply to the duties of the Administrative Agent in relation to the trusts constituted by this Agreement in respect of the Northern Irish Security Documents.
The rights, powers and discretions conferred upon the Administrative Agent by this Agreement in respect of the Northern Irish Security Documents shall be supplemental to the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 and the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (as amended) and in addition to any which may be vested in the Administrative Agent by general law, regulation or otherwise.
The rights, powers and discretions conferred upon the Administrative Agent by this Agreement in respect of the Irish Security Documents shall be supplemental to the Irish Trustee Act 1893 (as amended) and in addition to any which may be vested in the Administrative Agent by general law, regulation or otherwise.
The Administrative Agent shall not be responsible for the negligence or misconduct of any agents, sub-agents, delegates, co-security trustees (in the case of the UK Security Documents, the Irish Security Documents or the Northern Irish Security Documents) or attorneys-in-fact selected by it with reasonable care except to the extent otherwise required by Section 9.03.
The Administrative Agent may execute any of its duties under this Agreement or any other Loan Document by or through agents, sub-agents, delegates, co-security trustees (in the case of the UK Security Documents, the Irish Security Documents or the Northern Irish Security Documents) or attorneys-in-fact, and shall be entitled to advice of counsel concerning all matters pertaining to such duties.
