  • The Member may submit a detailed written explanation with supporting documentation requesting a final determination as to why the decision to deny or remove their offer from the IRS Free File Website should be withdrawn.

  • Members whose services are delisted will be restored to the IRS Free File Website consistent with IRS service capabilities, but not more than five (5) business days after the IRS and the Executive Director agree the services can be relisted.
