Israeli Security Documents means each of the following:

Israeli Security Documents means collectively, the Israeli Floating Charge in favor of Agent, the Israeli Fixed Charge in favor of Agent and any other Israeli law governed security document entered into from time to time, each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
