Issuance Date definition

Issuance Date means the date hereof.
Issuance Date means any Trading Day during the Commitment Period that an Issuance Notice is deemed delivered pursuant to Section 2.03(b) hereof.

Issuance Date means, with respect to any share of Series A Preferred Stock, the date of issuance of such share.
