Issuer Subsidiary definition

Issuer Subsidiary means any subsidiary of the Issuer.
Issuer Subsidiary means either or both, as the context may require, of (i) each Subsidiary of the Issuer existing on the Closing Date and listed on Schedule 2 to the Indenture, and (ii) each other direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Issuer.

Issuer Subsidiary means (a) any Subsidiary Guarantor of the Company which has issued or proposes to issue any Notes, or (b) any Foreign Subsidiary of the Company which has issued or proposes to issue any Notes and has executed and delivered a Foreign Subsidiary Guaranty to the holders of the Notes and has executed and delivered the same Foreign Subsidiary Guaranty to, and for the benefit of, each Senior Secured Creditor party to the Amended and Restated Collateral Agency and Intercreditor Agreement.
Issuer Subsidiary means any Significant Subsidiary of Issuer; and
Issuer Subsidiary means each direct or indirect subsidiary of the Issuer (including each trust of which the Issuer or a subsidiary thereof is the holder of the beneficial interest) existing on the Initial Closing Date and listed on Schedule 2 to this Indenture and any other direct or indirect subsidiary (including any such trust) of the Issuer.
Issuer Subsidiary means a “significant subsidiary” of the Issuer as such term is defined under Rule 1-02(w) of Regulation S-X promulgated under the rules and regulations of the SEC as in effect on the Closing Date.
