ITC Transfer Agreement definition
ITC Transfer Agreement means collectively, each purchase and sale agreement, pursuant to which a Financing Fund sells and transfers Tax Credits to an ITC Buyer, set forth under the heading “ITC Transfer Agreements” on Schedule VIII plus any ITC Transfer Agreements permitted pursuant to Section 5.3(M).
