Joinders definition

Joinders shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.02.

More Definitions of Joinders

Joinders means, collectively, the Participating Stockholder Xxxxxxxx and the Non-Participating Stockholder Xxxxxxxx. “knowledge” or “to the knowledge” of a person shall mean in the case of the Company, the actual knowledge of Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxx Xx, Xxx Xxx Xxx, Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, and Xxx Xx Xxx after reasonable inquiry, and in the case of BLAC, the actual knowledge of Kuk Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx and Xxx Xxxx after reasonable inquiry.

Joinders means joinders to this Agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to SPAC, to be executed and delivered by each Acquisition Entity following its formation.
