Examples of Joint Designees in a sentence

  • Such written notice shall be executed, manually, or by photocopy or facsimile, by an authorized officer of BTG on behalf of the BTG Group and, with respect to the nomination and election of succeeding Joint Designees, shall be timely if received at the Corporation's principal executive office not fewer than 90 days nor more than 120 days before the meeting of stockholders at which such director is to be elected.
