Joint Lead Manager means the Joint Lead Manager, its subsidiaries and holding company and the subsidiaries of that holding company and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents associated with the issue of the Bonds (which parties, other than the relevant Joint Lead Manager, shall be defined herein as "Relevant Parties"). However, no Joint Lead Manager shall have any duty or obligation, whether as fiduciary or trustee, for any Relevant Parties or otherwise, to recover any such payment or account to any person for any amount paid to it as indemnification.
Joint Lead Manager means any of Banco Santander, S.A., with its registered office at Paseo de Pareda 9-12, 39004 Santander, Spain, NATIXIS with its business office at 47, quai d'Austerlitz, 75013 Paris, France and WestLB AG with its business office at Herzogstraße 15, 40217 Düsseldorf, Germany(together, the "Joint Lead Managers");
