Joint Venture Entity definition

Joint Venture Entity means any Joint Venture, any Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of a Joint Venture or any JV Subsidiary.
Joint Venture Entity means any joint venture company, corporation, partnership, trust or other entity in any jurisdiction in which a member of the Group owns 50 per cent. or less of the issued share capital, equity or voting rights.
Joint Venture Entity means any joint venture or other jointly owned entity (whether a partnership, consortium, incorporated or unincorporated) where GasLog has either a majority ownership interest or effective managerial control.
