Joint Venture Interest definition
Joint Venture Interest means an acquisition of or Investment in Equity Interests in another Person, held directly or indirectly by the MLP, that will not be a Subsidiary after giving effect to such acquisition or Investment.
Joint Venture Interest means an acquisition of or Investment in Equity Interests in any Person incorporated or otherwise formed pursuant to the laws of the United States or Canada or any state or province thereof or the District of Columbia, held directly or indirectly by the Borrower, that will not be a Subsidiary or Unrestricted Subsidiary after giving effect to such acquisition or Investment.
Joint Venture Interest means the proportion of the Venturer’s ownership interest in the Facility and in any other assets of the Joint Venture as described in Schedule “A” hereto.
