Joint Venture Property definition

Joint Venture Property means all property of whatsoever kind held, developed, acquired or created by or on behalf of the Participants for the purpose of the Joint Venture including (without limitations):
Joint Venture Property means a Multi-Family Property which is owned by a Joint Venture.
Joint Venture Property means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, each Property subject, directly or indirectly, to a Qualified Joint Venture Agreement as listed on Schedule P, as modified from time to time to reflect any Transfer permitted pursuant to Section 6.3(b) or Section 2.2 and any additional joint venture permitted hereunder (including pursuant to Section 2.3).

More Definitions of Joint Venture Property

Joint Venture Property each parcel of real property owned or leased by any Joint Venture.
Joint Venture Property means an Eligible Unencumbered Property owned by a Joint Venture.
