Junior Indenture definition

Junior Indenture means this Junior Indenture, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, including the provisions of the TIA that are deemed to be a part hereof.

Junior Indenture means the Junior Subordinated Indenture, dated as of __, , between the Depositor and the Junior Indenture Trustee, as trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
