Junior Subordinated Notes definition

Junior Subordinated Notes means the $__________ aggregate principal amount of the Depositor's Series __ ____% Junior Subordinated Notes due ____ __, ____, issued pursuant to the Subordinated Indenture.

Junior Subordinated Notes means the $36,082,475 aggregate principal amount of the Depositor's Series B 7.20% Junior Subordinated Notes due December 30, 2041, issued pursuant to the Subordinated Indenture.

Junior Subordinated Notes means the 6.10% Junior Subordinated Notes due March 15, 2067 issued by CIT Group Inc. pursuant to the Indenture dated as of January 20, 2006 and the First Supplemental Indenture dated as of January 31, 2007 with CUSIP number 125577AX4.

• The right, title and interest of the Property Trustee to the Junior Subordinated Notes shall vest automatically in each Person who may thereafter be appointed as Property Trustee in accordance with the terms hereof.
