Kelurahan Grant definition

Kelurahan Grant means a grant made available by the Borrower out of the proceeds of the Loan to a Participating Kelurahan for a Sub-project under Part 2 or Part 4 of the Project, and “Kelurahan Grants” means more than one Kelurahan Grant.

  • No project shall qualify as a Sub-project eligible for financing out of the proceeds of a Kelurahan Grant until a Sub-project Agreement: (a) has been entered into between the relevant Participating Kelurahan, through the relevant PJOK, and BKM, in each case on terms and conditions set forth in Section B of this Annex; and (b) has been reviewed and approved by the relevant Oversight Consultants.

  • The Borrower shall ensure that each Sub-project is the subject of a corresponding proposal for a Kelurahan Grant that has been prepared, submitted and reviewed in accordance with the guidelines, procedures and selection criteria set forth in the Project Manual and this Annex.

  • Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient to a Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for the purpose of financing a Subproject; and “Sub-grants” means more than one such Sub-grant.

  • Restricted Stock Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the recipient of a Restricted Share that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Restricted Share.

  • Stock Grant means the grant of shares of Stock not subject to restrictions or other forfeiture conditions.

  • Restricted Stock Bonus means Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.

  • Grant Date means the date on which the Committee adopts a resolution, or takes other appropriate action, expressly granting an Award to a Participant that specifies the key terms and conditions of the Award or, if a later date is set forth in such resolution, then such date as is set forth in such resolution.
