kerb line means the boundary between the shoulder and the verge or, in the absence of a shoulder, the part between the edge of the roadway and the verge;

For the avoidance of doubt Notional GST amounts will be calculated as if the GST Law applies to the relevant supplies; Operational Acceptance means that the Works are complete to the satisfaction of the Australian Capital Territory, EvoEnergy and the Seller; Planning and Land Authority means the body corporate established in accordance with the Planning Act; Rebate Application Form means the application form available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/ version number 1 dated March 2020; Relevant Percentage means the percentage amount stated in section 14-200(3)(a) and 14-205(4)(a) of the Withholding Law;
