Key Measurements definition

Key Measurements means the service measures identified as such in the attachments to Schedule 2, Exhibit C (Service Levels);
Key Measurements means those Service Levels for which no Service Level Credit is payable, but which are meaningful to Kraft’s business and are described in the applicable Supplement.
Key Measurements means those areas of service level measurement for which no Service Level Credit is payable, but which are meaningful to EMW's business and require monthly measurement and reporting by IBM, as identified in ATTACHMENT SLA-1.

Examples of Key Measurements in a sentence

  • The monthly reports shall describe any failure to meet Critical Service Levels and Key Measurements for the month.

  • The Service Provider's monthly performance reports are due by the 20th day of each month and shall include a set of soft-copy reports such that DIR is able to verify the Service Provider's performance and compliance with the Critical Service Levels, Key Measurements, Recurring Deliverables and One Time Deliverables (for purposes of clarity, with respect to One Time Deliverables, such reporting is only required until all One Time Deliverables are received and approved by DIR).

  • DIR may delete Critical Service Levels or Key Measurements by sending written notice in accordance with Section 4 herein.

  • DIR may add, modify or delete Critical Service Levels or Key Measurements as described below by sending written notice in accordance with Section 4 above.

  • Performance Categories, Critical Service Levels, Key Measurements and Recurring Deliverables may be added or substituted by DIR as specified in this Exhibit during the Term.

Key Measurements is defined in Section 9.7.
Key Measurements means those Service Levels for which no Service Level Credit is payable, but which are meaningful to HWAY’s business, use of the Services by End Users, or services to its clients.
