Key Performance Indicators definition

Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

More Definitions of Key Performance Indicators

Key Performance Indicators means a set of quantifiable measures that the Authority and Contractor will use to measure the performance of the Services provided by the Contractor under the Contract.
