Key Sellers definition

Key Sellers means Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XxXxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

Key Sellers shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.01.
