The Hammer Price for each item of the Consigned Property Knocked Down at an Absolute Auction establishes the fair market value thereof (with the exception of appliances).
For the Consigned Property Knocked Down at Absolute Auction(s), AUCTION COMPANY shall receive, separate and apart from Buyer’s Premium, an amount equal to twenty percent (20%).
